Job Description
1.Analyze and publish the schedule of sales and sales utilization report to generate Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly MIS & Prepare customized reports and presentations to aid the decision support system for senior management.2.Generation of plan for the month to adhere to production plan for all process, vendors and actualization of production as per customers requirement and Coordination with internal customers for logistics execution.
3.Scheduling, coordinating & dynamic monitoring with transporters for lining up of vehicles for timely & effectively deliver to customers keeping the standard quality target.
4.Optimum utilization of dedicated vehicles and monitoring, controlling logistics costs within cost targets & Logistics savings plan.
5.Identify, recommend and implement operational efficiency suggestions to drive continuous improvement in the execution of logistic process and flow of delivery to end customers.
6.Making Logistic and Packing sign off as per OEM s and Customers requirement.
7.To handle escalation at customer end with respect to supplies if any and escalate matters requiring the senior managements attention on timely basis regarding customer support.
8.Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service and analyze the delivery performance.
9.Transportation rate benchmarks and develop rate data base.
10.As per monthly schedule demand forecasting and RM procurement plan.
11.Monthly RM consumption & shipment shortfall analysis as per budget fig and optimize cost, i.e. cost of goods manufactured / cost of goods sold & inbound / outbound logistics costs.
12.Machine loading and capacity planning monthly as per customer schedule.
13.Monitor and to interact with customer regularly to discuss point of improvements and status of implementation, process, issues, achievements etc. and circulates visit report to the concerns, data share with the team and also to develop harmonious relations with customer in order to develop long term trust and faith..
