Roles and Respnsibilities:

The HR SaaS - Rewire Delivery Lead (RDL) is a servant-leader for the Team.
The RDL, Plans, executes, monitor, reports, control, and close all aspects of the iterative builds.
Agree and build an agreed list of deliverables as defined by the Programme or Project Manager;
Support the team through periods of uncertainty to help complete its objectives and raise risks and issues early
Support the project team to remain resilient after setbacks and to recover performance;
Create and deliver relevant and impactful communications for project or workstream stakeholders
Resolve conflict where possible and raise issues with the Programme or Project Manager;
Understand the risks in delivering the team's work and report effectively on them;
Requirements:
10+ Years of IT Experience
Experience in leading virtual development team (max 10)
Experience in Software delivery, Scrum , Stakeholder management ,
Technical hands-on experience in building API integrations using middleware (APIGee, MuleSoft)
Good to have experience in integrating multiple systems e.g) SAP, Workday etc
