Opening for Catalogue Manager - E Commerce Industry
Location: Lower Parel - Mumbai
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- End to end Marketplace management. (Amazon & other International Market)
- Manage daily operations for ecommerce including Updating Product catalogue.
- Knowledge of Listing, Updating Uploading Product Data / Specifications.
- Knowledge of product Images on Marketplaces
- Maintain large online product catalogues.
- Oversee the product content presented on Marketplaces.
- Manage individual and bulk listings and account health.
- End-to-End Channel Management of all marketplaces
- Driving Growth, Managing Monthly Sales Targets, Planning and Execution of Promotional Campaigns
- Exploring new opportunities to deliver month-on-month and quarterly business
- Continuously oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon Algorithm research, and product search rankings to ensure maximum exposure of our product across the channel
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve service metrics and overall customer experience/feedback for Amazon customers to ensure high seller ratings.
- Monitor and analyse ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.
- Identify opportunities by keeping up with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Negotiating margins, promotions and deals with overall experience in implementing the brands larger Amazon strategy
- Assessing and implementing sales opportunities to maximize ecommerce revenue and profitability
Skills Required:
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
- Work experience: 7 years + (ecommerce international marketplace handling experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of how the Amazon ecosystem operates including advertising, reviews management & brand pages
- Analytical skills to deep-dive in to sales data and extract valuable insights leading to actionable business strategies
- Leadership & Team handling
- Good communication skills
