Roles and Responsibilities

Pre- Requisites:

Must have Very Good English & Hindi communication skills

Must have Very Good written English skills

Must have 25+ typing speed with 90% accuracy

Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Must have Laptop & Desktop with 4GB Ram & Window 10 pro

4G Internet Connectivity with minimum speed of 18 to 20 Mbps

Requirement for Work from Home

Job Description:

1. Must possess very good English written skills without grammatical error, and strong Hindi skill.

2. Clarity in speech with neutral accent.

3. Should have problem solving attitude.

4. Voice Process (Outbound) Customer Service E. Commerce

5. Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.

Eligibility Criteria: -

Graduate/Under-graduate

6 months experience/fresher can apply.

Should be interested in a Work from Home setup

Voice portfolios.

Salary Range 16.5k- 19k CTC.
