Lead/Principal Consultant

8-12 years of experience
As a solution architect of Actico Alliance, you shall be responsible for an end-to- end leadership of your product-related growth .
Manage the team by
o developing team growth roadmap
o conducting training mentoring and
o leading the team members

You are expected to :
Create and share the knowledgebase of Actico for all the related projects and team members
Prepare training material for Actico enthusiastic Developers within Xebia. Provide pre-sales support to the respective teams by
Preparing RFI/RFP responses Providing effort and cost estimations Competitor analysis
Customer Analysis Gap Identification
Build Marketplace Components provide hiring support to build the team
Prove thought leadership by
o writing blogs
o writing whitepapers
o providing sales support

Overall Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience
Location : Gurgaon / Delhi / Open for NCR region only post pandemic
