Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Certification - Specialized qualification in digital marketing
Budget range- 6-8lacs + variable
Location- Okhla , New Delhi
Preferred Industry- IT / Systems Integration
Skills:
Mandatory skills required :

Should be capable of formulating and delivering the organizations digital marketing plans
Responsible for managing all digital assets of the company- website, mobile app, social media platforms
Engage with and manage Digital Marketing agencies, creative/production agencies, and other vendors
Lead content strategy for the organization, drive organic traffic to the website and downloads of mobile app
Drive portfolio wise customer acquisition
Online Reputation Management & monitoring responses on social media
Monitoring & reporting performances of campaigns
To Lead Digital Marketing Function in Various verticals and create leads and increase Sales in each division
SEO Optimization, PPC Optimization for google, Social Media Campaign management on FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Google, and other
Excellent communication skills should be able to do a decent level of content writing, product description.

KRA :

She/He Will Create strategies for digital marketing for all our divisions of Tech9labs
She/He Will Create strategies for Web Traffic, leads, sales as the case may be with different business models.
She/He will measure and analyze how each strategy is performing and tweak the nonperforming strategies and continue the performing ones.
She/He Will recruit new talent, troubleshoot various issues.
She/He Will interact with Vertical heads, understand their expectations, budgets, and design strategies accordingly.
She/He Will interact with vendors which may be engaged from time to time.
She/He will research new tools, technology and update the Management about new initiatives, and suggest new ideas to implement to enhance marketing.
