Job Title: Brand Manager
Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer
Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the brand's purpose, positioning and personality are reflected in all communication that goes out from the brand across media
Objectives
(Key Result Tasks)
Support the business online and offline with creatives that drive sales in the immediate period in line with the brand's guidelines and guard-rails
From time to time, develop campaigns that bring alive the brands promise to its target customers in order to build the long term equity of the brand
Develop an understanding of what works and doesn't work for the brand by analyzing the response to every campaign
Deliver the objectives of the business and brand within defined budgets

Knowledge / Experience skills:
Demonstrable analytical skills

Should be a Digital Native well-versed in the opportunities and pitfalls of the digital world
Should be MBA with 4 years of experience in a communications role in a reputed marketing organization or in an advertising agency.
