Job Description

Specifically, this role will involve to:
- Provide implementation & operational support for networking infrastructure in Tally's Cloud environments; additionally, partner with teams to fulfil requirements
- Responsible for the setup of an accurate monitoring of Networking Equipment, monitoring of Critical Interface & overall health of the network.
- Manage revision controls and changes on all networking devices.
- Experience of networking (LAN/WAN) related concepts and latest technologies.
- Capability to isolate and resolve network issue & ISP link load balancing.
- Assurance the network meet, Service Level Agreement and the operation
- Periodically run tests to ensure service resilience against possible network link outages
- Keeping infrastructure, CORE and Distribution NW device documentation up to date.
- Provide rapid triage and troubleshoot issues that may manifest in production infrastructure
- Identify, assess and upgrade network device infrastructure regarding risks and vulnerabilities
- Monitor & report for CORE device hardware.
- Configure QoS for various Routes, Latency related issues.
- RCA of escalated calls and its documentation.
- Health Check and Backup of all Core Nodes.
- Implementation of new and Innovative Solution to optimize Network
- Vendor Solution Evaluation and applicability check for the Project.
- Closely monitor Project Execution and GAP in execution, Report Delay and Expedite Execution + plus
- Responsible for providing high-quality project output under variable conditions.
- Documentation - Creating/Reporting Documents, SOPs and Diagram etc.
Essential experience and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise data networks, hardware, software and telecommunications
- Experience in Incident Management/Change Management/Problem Management Process.
- Strong working experience of Cisco IOS, IOS XE and NX-OS
- Experience building distributed systems and highly-available services
- Should be a Technical Expert for Routing and Switching
- Worked in a complex environment in Tele/Data communications environment
- Good working knowledge of WAN Protocols, Routing Protocols BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, MPLS, Quality of Service
- Good working knowledge of IOS upgrades, Stacks, VLANs(Layer2/3), STP, and Bridging
- Good experience with Network Firewalls (Cisco ASA/ Palo Alto/Sonicwall)
- In-depth understanding of Juniper network equipment would be a plus
- Experience on F5 Load balances would be a plus
- Multi-Cloud network experience is a plus
- Experience in Windows server, VMware vSphere, Citrix Xen App and NetScaler is an add on
- Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, SCCM would be a plus
Technical skills:
- Cisco 3750/3850/4500/6500 and Nexus switches
- Cisco ISRs/ ASRs Collaboration and voice networks
- Juniper network devices and JUNOS Multi-Vendor firewall experience: Cisco, SonicWALL, Palo Alto, Checkpoint Virtualization (VMWare vSphere, Citrix)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Window server 2012 and 2016
- Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech or equivalent experience
- M.E./M.Tech./M.S degree in Computer Science and Electronics or related field from a reputed institute
