About the team:

This Virtual Customer Engagement Practice (VCEP) is a team that drives a global, outcomes focused CE&X Front Engagement model to drive customer success at scale. We have two distinct motions: Proactive Virtual Customer Success Partner (vCSP) assigned to a territory & Tech Touch (automated and un-assigned to a territory). The Digital Segment of customers is large and growing. To support the scale, we have experienced hyper-growth and steady expansion.

TheRegional Digital Scale leadis responsible for optimizing delivery of LACE in the digital customer segment. You will support the Regional leader of the Virtual Customer Engagement Practice and with your global peers to offer business insights; continuous improvement recommendations for process and measurement and support the expansion of the Virtual Customer Success Partner team in your region. The primary stakeholders for the role are VCEP Regional leadership; vCSP; Digital Scale team; Business Insights & Analytics team; Regional CE&X leadership; Franchise for LACE.

The ideal candidate has an interest in customer success, attention to detail; ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative performance indicators; exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and time management. Were looking for someone who brings an interest in an active role in the expansion and evolution of our post-sale digital customer experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support business process for all phases of LACE for the digital segment that supports the Virtual Customer Engagement digital strategy HPI, Customer Healthscore, etc.
  • Regional support for process, technology, data
  • Represent Virtual Customer Engagement Practice on Regional CE&X initiatives
  • Gain feedback from vCSP on program delivery and areas for improvement
  • Enable local vCSP on business process changes and enhancements
  • Monitor effectiveness and syndicate best practices as they relate to digital motion in improving adoption; renewal rate; customer reference
  • Adopt the highest level of standardization and automation to drive efficiencies to ultimately impact all customer engagement functions and scale for growth
  • The Regional Digital Scale lead needs to be a master at networking and coordinating resources across cross-functional teams.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Implement Digital Scale business processes to region in pursuit of vCSP goals
  • Track and communicate status of business quarterly achievement
  • Coordinate and support the operational and strategic initiatives of the digital segment
  • Plan, implement and monitor business process changes
  • Assist in making business decisions relating to system implementation &/or modification
  • Present analysis & recommendations for business cases to senior management
  • Drive cross-functional initiativesand strengthen relationships in region with teams who impact the success of Virtual Customer Engagement Practice.
  • Anticipate, plan and execute on internal Virtual Customer Engagement Practice change management and communication requirements for process and program modification.
  • Act as trusted advisor, actively applying expert knowledge to regional vCSP leader and peers

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelors Business Administration, or a related field of study
