Job Description
SAP ERP Data Management Analysts.
Position Summary- Working with the finance accounting data management team you will be
mainly focused on collecting maintaining managing deduping cleansing interpreting and
analyzing data received from int ernal data and external data sources You will partner with
the data management team and accounting to optimize and increase the integrity of these
important business process A focus on security and privacy will be important for this new
role Key r esponsibilities Managing inbound and outbound connections e g FTP Banks
legacy ERP software etc Working with our finance accounting partner services team to
research and resolve data related discrepancies Partnering with Engineering and Digital
Operations to help make sure data transformation meet company standards Performing
quality testing and validation of data sets and ensure the security and privacy of customer
data Supporting data auditing cleansing deduping in th e enterprise systems to ensure data
integrity mainly Salesforce and SAP Business by Design ERP. Will support on key projects
and partner with other teams in a cross functional capacity Essential Functions Primarily
focused on collecting main taining managing interpreting and analyzing data received from
internal data and external data sources Evaluates data integrity to identify potential
concerns and opportunities for process improvements Assist in monthly variance reports
andr esponses from our various departments from reconciliation reports Assist in reports
related to remittance discrepancies Processing of monthly data interface files and data
integration streams Responsible for resolution of both simple and comp lex issues System
interaction at both a transactional and technical level Work with other departments to
support the scaling of our financial processes Verify and update rates during renewal and
open enrollment processes Assist with proje.
