To support the IBG and CBG with getting all the inputs related to procurement, manufacturing, CAPEX and OPEX. Branch, Back office and Kiosk Roll-Out devices i.e. Desktops/Printers/POS allocation as per requirements; Delivery tracking for projects, reviewing status, escalations as required Creating Migration, Rollover, Backup plans in Microsoft Project, Tracking for release of temp/Migration infra.
Responsible for Change management RCA production by using 5 Whys technique then shared with concern stakeholders for approval.
ISP Follow up with reference to new Branches/Offices Network connectivity, Perform Competitive bidding Process and Raise PRs for the approval & Track the progress in COUPA; Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders in the organization on the progress of the project
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Control the project - Write reports on the project for management and for stakeholders
