Name of Posts PhD JRF / Project Assistant Number of posts 01 (One) Name of the Research Project Iron and zinc micronutrient biofortification of cereals and vegetables through nanocarriers for enhancing micronutrient bioavailability in soil-plant system . Name of sponsoring agency Department of Biotechnology (DBT) Duration of the position 03 years Fellowship / Monthly compensation Rs. 25,000/- pm +16%HRA Essential qualifications M.Sc. Chemistry / Chemical Science with experience in Materials Chemistry / Electrochemistry/Inorganic Chemistry/Physical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Biological Chemistry with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent (CGPA) from recognized University. Desirable Qualifications Following capabilities are highly expected from desired candidate. Functional nanomaterials synthesis. Biopolymeric materials synthesis Electrochemistry Strong writing and communication skills Preference will also be given to candidates who are willing to pursue PhD under the same project under the guidance of Dr. Saikat Dutta, AICCRS, Amity University. CSIR and UGC NET Fellowship holders are given preference.
