Job Role: - Assistant Branch Manager
Job Location:-Ludhiana Machiwara .Bhadaur , Smarala , Barnala , Sangrur , Muktsar .
Minimum Qualification: - Graduation - Regular.
Candidate's age must above 30 years
Branch Head - Candidates with more than 5 Years of " TEAM LEADING ' experience in BANK/NBFC/OTHER BFSI sector with managerial & Sales experience background can apply.
or Ex-Bankers retired from Public-Sector Banks from Scale 2 &above and not more than 62years of age.
- Handling branch team, guide them, train them for best customer services.
- Target achievement of the branch and customer service.
- Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.
- Handling HNI customers.
- Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.
- Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.
- Cost control.
