Job Description
- Drive employee Engagement initiatives through effective employee connect, conduct periodic communication forums, open house forums and town hall meetings.
- Handling end-to-end execution of transition, transformation and integration projects.
- Should have experience in RAG analysis, Skip level meetings, 360/90 degree programme, managing attrition ration etc.
- Responsible for continuous interactions with Business leaders, global HRMs, local HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in terms of process deliverables.
- Arranging and facilitating Employee Engagement Events such as Rewards & Recognition and senior management town hall.
- Responsible for resolving Employee queries around benefits/pay issues/leaves/reference letters/ex-employee verification letters.
- Expertise in MIS reporting around Attrition management and Head count management.
- Planning and executing varied activities for employee motivation.
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
- Ensuring constant engagement initiatives are implemented.
- To handle operational activities like filing and service logs.
- Good in excel and ppt.
