Job Description

Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing cust idas Networking and driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads.
( CBE / Branch banking / Asset RMas) Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the catchment area of the branch.
Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan.
( explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolving queries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, renewals etc)
Customer service pre and post sales.
Support collection RMas in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases.
Achieving Goal sheet numbers as per KPIas.
