Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Analysis of existing Business System and Process of Client Applications
2. Interacts with Management and business stakeholders for the requirements and business solutions
3. Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Management
4. Providing functional solutions and creating requirement and functional documents
**(depending on SDLC methodology BRD,FRD,HLD etc for Waterfall, DTD,SRS etc for Agile)
5. Clear all requirements and functional flows to Development and QA teams
6. Handover requirements to QA and development teams in desired documents
7. Should have deep understanding of Retail Banking industry and varies systems involved in Retail Banking
8. Good to have experience on Pega or Saleforce
9. Providing Consulting to Clients
10. Sr Consultants should lead and guide other consultants and BAs in team
