PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :(Accountabilities associated with the job)

Prepare MIS and dashboards for business tracking.

Engagement with sales team OEMs dealers ASSCs for onboarding payouts query resolution.

MAJOR CHALLENGES(Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job)

Handling queries of multiple stakeholders - business and function

INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job)

a) Qualifications: Post-Graduation: Graduate

b) Work Experience: Should have 0-2 year of experience in lending business Must be good with Ms Office tools Knowledge of SQL/Data Handling tools and languages(Will be preferred) Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company.

Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter
