Roles and Responsibilities

Receive patients ,Guide patients, attendants, other visitors from OP, IP, Emergency, Diagnostics and other areas as required , Ensure patient's experience in the hospital is positive ,Must be patient friendly ,Knowledge about the floor plan of Yashoda Hospitals ,Must be familiar with consultation timings, services offered at the hospital ,guide the patients based on their requirements ,Coordinate with other departments and maintain good interpersonal and inter departmental rapport Prepare reports as per the unit requirements (For ex: Occupancy Report Etc).

  • Excellent turn out (Grooming)
  • Interpersonal skills

  • Ability to give clear directions
  • Strong Communication skills
