Taking customer care calls.
Handling customer care E-mails.
Handling customer care chats.
Issuing, Re-issuing, refund and cancellation of GDS and LCC airlines.
Working on Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry.
Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
