Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for the domain(s), including the Stakeholder management.
- Work as the focal point between offshore team and the onshore Project, Suppliers and Test Management Team
- Lead all efforts relating to Test Preparation and Test Execution and/or coordination of release control efforts and plan
- Manage the work throughout test preparation and Test execution to ensure testing is on time and within budget.
- To involve in the defect management process for resolution of key defects as per priority set for the scripts.
- Minimum 2 years in Telco Digital/ Online & Retail Applications (ORPOS, ORCO, ORBO, ORSIM, ORMS) across the full SDLC in Telco BSS/OSS environments.
- In depth software quality assurance experience including defect management for the Application based on Digital Platforms (Web & App) , Retail Stack (ORPOS, ORCO, ORBO, ORSIM, ORMS) , Oracle Siebel (CRM, BRM, OSM) , Middleware Suite (FMW, TIL
- Test Preparation/Design/Execution in Telco Digital/ Online & Retail systems
- Experience with Test Tools (HP-Mercury Quality Centre / JIRA preferably)
- Good hands-on experience in Digital Platforms, Retail Stack, Siebel CRM, OSM, FMW & BRM and aware of Telecom Order Provisioning
- Hands On experience on Unix, SQL
- General understanding of product catalogue
- Experience of Functional testing including System, Integration, Regression testing as well as data migration
- Strong QA and Testing industry knowledge
- Fulfils the role of Testing Co-ordinator for a development project, program of projects or service.
- Experience of delivering testing using a variety of test methodologies (waterfall, agile etc.)
- In depth software quality assurance experience
- Good Communication and Team Player, open to flexible work schedule, ability to handle challenging situations, make quality-based decisions where necessary
- Experience working with virtual teams situated across multiple geographies
