Job Description

Entries in the Books of Accounts:
1. To oversee Import Outward remittances
2. To oversee WCDL Application
3. LC/FLC preparation
4. Bank Correspondences
5. Fund Planning
6. Preparing statement of expenses as per cash flow
7. Regularly Indo/ITC payables in SAP
8. Follow-up with Operations team for DRS statement receipt
9. Passing approving Income, expense, banking entries
Banking and Finance:
1. Letter of Undertaking/Buyers Credit: In the transactions whenever such
documents are required, ensure that the same are processed in time, as per the
format. Maintain records for the same. Update such transactions in SAP system.
2. As required, follow up with Bank officials for documents such as Transaction
Advise, LOC copies, etc.
Statutory Compliance Verification:
1. Monthly Online Payment of eTDS, GST (all Units)
2. Preparing/ reviewing monthly workings for payment of TDS/ GST
3. Preparing/ reviewing quarterly workings for TDS returns and filing the same
4. Preparing/ reviewing workings for PT returns and filing the same
MIS Report:
1. Update LC Utilization Statement
2. Update LOU / LC Chart
3. Monthly Fund Planning Import & Export - Unit 1
4. Updating Capex Unit 4 list
Quarterly Tasks:
1. Unhedged foreign currency exposure
Other:
1. Quarterly checking of Form 26 AS
2. Maintain the reports for Import/Local financial transactions (2 charts) such as-
buyers credit due for payment, order already given & material at sea/payments
due as per the expected time of arrival, etc and accordingly support in planning
for finances.
3. Online banking transactions of all units and all banks.
4. Coordinating & assisting with CS related work.
