Should have demonstrated faculty in the fundamentals of flexible, rigid packaging and also labels.2) Packaging Development : sustainability and innovation
3)Extensive Knowledge of material in terms of substrate, chemistry of inks, adhesives like plastic films, paper board, blow-molding etc.
4) Experience in creating, modifying and enhancing the packaging specifications, knowledge, designing and packaging criteria as per requirement
5)Faculty to manage medical
6) Experience of food industry- processed food etc.
7) Pharma industry along with product line management

1) Team Member who can encourage team, motivate, setting an example with high-end technical knowledge
2) Leadership skills to drive the team
3) Should be able to gel with the team
4)Excellent communication skills
5)Managerial skills ensuring timely and accurate implementation
