Job Description

Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions a leading group of Companies into Manufacturing of Natural Products looking for
Chemist for their Factory @ Turkapally Shamirpet.Roles and Responsibilities:
Receiving inward material and information to QC & Micro Lab for collating of sample for testing purpose
Entry of inward materials into inward register and stock register
Preparation of material receipt note and send to purchase department
Maintenance of minimum stocks as per statement given by plant manager
Raise indent and tracking the indents
Maintaining day to day material issue to relevant departments and its record keeping
Sending stock statements on daily and monthly basis
Raising delivery challan and gate pass for returnable and non-returnable materials and its tracking.
MIS reports to the management related to the stocks and other as required.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Well versed in Word, Excel reports, MIS & Tech Savvy.
Good Communication Skills and knowledge in day to day record keeping activities and interactions.
