Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
Lead from Concept to Commissioning of manufacturing process. Systematic procedure with complete documentation.
Keep organization for front of cost competitiveness, differentiated technical capabilities and increasing scale of capacities to facilitate business growth.
Develop manufacturing processes to meet business objectives of productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety and ergonomics.
Improve manufacturing processes to helps conserve environment and natural resources
Lead standardisation for the company and continually improve/change these standards for their relevancy
JOB AUTHORITY:

Release various documents and standards related to APQP, PPAP, stage drawings, Process Flow, Process parameters, Work Instructions, SOP, PFMEA and Control Plan etc
Design and provide complete set of tools, fixtures, gauges for new manufacturing cell.
Prepare and initiate capex document, in consultation with HOD, for Engineering and New Product development
Represent company on technical matters as per business need.
