This position is responsible for on-going enhancements, operations and maintenance of internal models built on Anaplan

Qualifications & Experience
Language: Multi-lingual, must be fluent in English (written/spoken)
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems or similar degree
Certifications: Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 1 and 2 and Anaplan Way)
Years of experience: 3-5 years of working with Sales Planning Tools
Level of experience: Hands on experience building and maintaining Anaplan models understanding of key sales processes
Industry experience: CPG and Sales preferable but not required
Project Management experience a plus
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com systems desired
Self-motivated, focused on continuous skill development and growth
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in fast paced environment
Travel less than 10% (if any)
Role Responsibilities
The IT Analyst (Anaplan) must be an analytical, problem solving, solution-oriented individual who will be a member of the IT Sales & Marketing team. This person must be self-motivated and able to work cross-functionally, including with Sales, Sales Operations, SAP COE, Anaplan COE and external partners, with the primary objective of supporting the user community, driving adoption, managing on-going enhancements, operations and maintenance of Anaplan models.
Overview/Responsibilities
Understanding of Company offerings including features and benefits, market position, competitive products, marketing activities, pricing, etc.
This position is responsible for on-going enhancements, operations and maintenance of internal models built on Anaplan
Work closely with Business Partners to gather and document comprehensive user stories for enhancements and new capabilities
Identify pain points and provide solutions
Monitor data integrations to ensure accurate and timely data is available
Ensures proper security models are in place and maintained for data access to ensure Beam Suntory audit, compliance and best practices are enabled
Provide ongoing training for Anaplan users. Provide updates and education on new features, benefits, reports etc.
Develop and maintain system documentation
Drive adoption through communication and training (one on one, group, webinars)
Compile and communicate adoption metrics monthly
Partner with Anaplan COE, including Analyst, Developers and Architects to share best practices, drive governance and enable enterprise-wide solutions
