Job Description
We are looking for applicants with a strong interest in creating user interface applications with a pixel-perfect look, feel, and designs. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with the design team to provide user interface design solutions across digital platforms.
- Work very closely with product managers and the UX designers to ensure that the visual design is accurately implemented
- Provide both inspired rough concepts and high-quality final designs.
- Ensure designs are produced on time and to very high quality.
- Manage end-to-end process for UI designs handover to developers, from creating libraries, assets to doing a design QA.
- Communicate design ideas with the stakeholders and product team and reiterate designs if required.
- Assist other visual designers with visual and structural design work Skills
- Able to design for variety of platforms (Web, Mobile Android and iOS, Desktop)
- Able to work in an Agile setup with people across levels and domains
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years of relevant experience designing platforms that are consumed by large volume of users (e.g. News website and apps, Digital games like Fantasy)
- Prior experience in the Sports domain will be helpful but not essential
- Proficiency in design software like FIGMA, Photoshop & Illustrator
- Passionate about sports (Cricket, Football, Kabaddi etc)
- Creative problem-solving skills & Critical thinking
- Ability to perform tasks independently and take ownership in respective work areas.
- Flexibility and openness to suggestions and feedback
- Team player, Target & Result oriented.
- Most importantly, Ready to learn new technologies & designs trends as & when required
- Good communication skills
