B.Tech Mechanical with 5-10 yrs exp in Qualty Function as Manager in a bicycle manufacturing & Assembly unit at Ludhiana. Expert in handling Customer Complaints, why-why/Root cause/8-D analysis, CAPA, Kaizen, 5S and lead
a team for perfomance/TQM.
1-Responsible for total in-process Quality/QA inspection and control in a Bicycle manufacturing unit.
2-Should have knowledge of incoming raw materials/Finished goods/BOP's
3-Knowledge about 7 QC tools/ SPC/ CAPA/ 5S/ Drawings /Chemical composition/Hardness Testing/Testing

Equipment/Measuring Equipment
4-Should have basic understanding of computer applications.
5-Can handle the team of Engineers to ensure OEE.
