Job Description

Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations Accounting, General Ledger, Administration and Operations
Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting to management/Board
Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all tax returns
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors
Handle all compliance related matters in HR, operations, etc.
Ensure that we are availing all possible subsidies, grants, etc. available the company Electronics/ Manufacturing company Financial management
Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability
Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners
Guide/lead negotiations with key suppliers, customers and financial partners/ investors Equity/debt fund-raising by company:
Lead equity/debt fund-raising activities by the company along with the CEO
Serve as the first point of contact for all investor related queries, and manage investor relationships / reporting Continuous improvement:
Lead continuous improvements of financial processes/systems and financial metrics
Mentor and develop supporting team
Assist in implementation policies, procedures and processes as appropriate
Participate in pivotal decisions for the company
The candidate will report directly to the CEO.
This job is based out of our Headquarters in Coimbatore, TN.
