Air Ticketing Job Description
Airline Ticketing Agent is entrusted with duties related to ensuring orderly boarding of a customer as well as handling customer queries and disputes. They may also be put in charge of handling the luggage and baggage check-ins of customers.
Candidate must have completed Class 10th /Diploma in Airline Ticketing
Candidates are required to demonstrate a basic knowledge of computers and good typing skills
Back Office Executive Job Description
Gathering and processing research data.
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
Assisting the Front Office team.
Bachelors degree in business administration or similar field.
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
Ground Staff Job Description
Taking reservations from passengers who call in.
Assisting passengers with luggage check-ins at the ticket counter.
Making sure that all baggage is delivered.
Confirming the identities of passengers, and providing them with boarding passes.
In some cases, ground staff may be responsible for screening passengers and their luggage for security purposes.
Diploma in administration or travel, or PG diploma course or high school.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed.
