Job Description

We are looking for candidates with the following skills::
Job Description-Client satisfaction will be your ultimate goal in this role. As a customer service representative, you will be on the front line serving our customers. Youll be the technical resource and point person interacting with clients, vendors, and senior management, to identify and resolve complex technical problems. If solving problems and helping others succeed excites you, lets talk!
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
Minimum qualifications:
Freshers are eligible
Any graduate degree
Salary-
18000/- To 42000/-
