- To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- To ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Assigning tasks to associates, direct the work for others and ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Provide design and development support for new technologies/platforms that are recommended and adopted.
- Design and build complex applications with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and high-reliability.

Skills Required
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management, preferable working with Microsoft Technology.
- Experience in Agile teams.

- Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
- Sound knowledge of estimation technique.
- Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with related software tools like JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
