KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling Team of 15+ FOCO Advisors & Driving Revenue from clients mapped to them on Equity, Derivatives, currency Markets.
Achieving the targets set for Team on Cross-selling of IP products like MF-SIPs, IAP, TGS, Insurance & PMS/ AIFs.
Visiting respective franchisees where FOCO advisors are placed
Daily/ Weekly & Monthly Review with BAs along with FOCO advisors
Monthly Review with HO-Seniors
