Job Description

Designation :- Executive Assistant/ personal assistant.

Reporting :- CEO.

Minimum eligibility:-
Female candidate.
Minimum graduate.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent Excel knowledge.

Responsibility:-
Good and smart in time and task management
Good in handling documents responsible.
Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate
Keeping reports and schedule.
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

Remuneration :-
Ranging from 3LPA to 4 LPA

Working days :-
Monday to Saturday Office Timings - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
