Job Opening Details back to list Reference Code: AR1058 Job Title: Cloud Engineering & Operations Engineer (AWS) - Lead Category: Job Description: ResponsibilitiesGlobal activity: You facilitate the CloudOps culture adoption within project teams in an Agile environment. The goal is to optimize time-to-market and reactivity while preserving a high level of product quality thanks to collaborative and automatize processes.
Global responsibility: You are responsible Engineering the Cloud Solution as well as handling Operation activities in Cloud environment.
Global skills: Practical experiences in: AWS Services, configuration, management. Mainly managing and configuring resources through CI/CD platforms using CloudFormation or Terraform.
Your role within CloudOps RNTBCI team Within CloudOps RNTBCI team, you will support and coach project teams on CloudOps activities such as managing and configuring cloud environment. You will ensure that the Cloud best practices are being followed and is corresponding to the IS demands.
Main responsibilities Support cloud environment operationally, Support engineering new AWS services, Document the services which is been engineered, Should work with Devops tools like Jenkins, bitbucket

Bachelor s Degree

M.Tech / M.C.A
Experiences
Required
7 to 9 years of experience in CloudOps and Engineering practice, Agile practice and related tools
Strong foundation based on the experience in the IT/ITES industry
Capable of managing a team of developers and driving the team work cohesively delivering the solutions on time as per the KPIs/SLAs
Technical Skills
Primary Skills
Technical expertise
o EC2, ECS, ECR & Docker, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SES/SNS, RDS, EFS, CloudFormation, VPC and System Manager
o Managing multi AWS accounts, Should have full stack automation experience using CFT or Terraform. Should have experience in cost and performance optimization. Should have experience in Cloud Security tools.
o Experience in Automation and Orchestration tools:
o Gitlab / Bitbucket for versioning automation scripts
o Jenkins / Gitlab-CI to automate build and deployment process.
o Knowledge in Ansible or PowerShell would give added advantage.
Strong Knowledge in Docker & Docker Compose and Best practice of Docker build and deployment.
Second Skills
o Linux Administration Skills with following experience,
1. Linux distro (RHEL & CentOS) Installation/LVMs
2. Kickstart (unattended installation)
3. Troubleshooting
4. Patching
5. Bash/Shell scripting
6. Performance and Monitoring.
Other Skills

o Capability to solve issues, have initiatives and know how to manage pressure
o Ensure IT best practices in RUN context and exploitation
o Coach project teams (team spirit, evangelization, )
