Lead RPA Developer @ Sagacity

Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for Lead Developer to lead RPA Business function with overall experience of 6-8 years and at least 3 years of RPA experience in Architecting and Developing solutions using RPA tools, specifically UiPath and Automation Anywhere (candidates with experience only on Blue Prism do not apply)

Skills:

• At least 3 years of proven development experience in UI Path and Automation Anywhere.
• Technically Sound in Software Designing, Programming, Scripting, Analytical, Problem solving, Troubleshooting, Object oriented concepts, Database concepts, .NET, Java.
• Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques 
• Excellent Communication skills-Written and Verbal

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create Demo around RPA and participates in pre-sales Activities
• Design technical specifications for RPA that meets the customer requirements including concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Owns the Development Project and get it delivered with help of team as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements.
• Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
