6-Java Angular Developer

Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience
• Good knowledge in Java, Spring boo, Microservices, Angular or ReactJs
• Effectively manage multiple projects
• Actively coach and mentor junior members on regular basis and his performance had seriously and very noticeably deteriorated
• Handle key business stakeholders these projects who raised concerns about his rudimentary PM skills; also they did not appreciate his unpreparedness for business meetings costing their valuable time.
• Must be enthusiastic to learn very basics of any project he manages causing so much frustration amongst the team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for on-site team interaction and documentation.
