Job Position: Software Developer-TM-Engineer- Angular, Node, React

Job Purpose: To facilitate development of systems as prescribed by the project manager and design teams. 

Job Context: 

The role is responsible for delivering technology in projects agile way with strong digital development experience. As a technical dev, expected to be hands on in all the major cross technologies/skills required for the business.

Key Result Areas

• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications. Verify and deploy programs and systems.
• Projects and solutions have to be delivered in an agile, iterative manner, with highest quality and code stability
• On- time development and delivery of tasks on or before the estimated timeline. Should own the task and strive towards timely completion.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software. Recommend and execute improvements. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Delivery of high quality products with highly stable and maintainable code base.
• Enhance the product domain knowledge, technical and behavioral competencies to grow to next level.
• Identify key areas for improvement and should work towards improving them.
• Demonstrate capability of leading a small team of juniors, reviewing code for quality and mentoring them technically.
• Adhering to all Scrum processes, with active and punctual participation in Scrum meetings and Stand up calls
• Increase overall efficiency and effectiveness of team by helping other team members by providing timely contributions to their success.
• Help peers to achieve their daily/weekly goals based on the project timelines

• Identify and Suggest improvement areas so as to improve the efficiency of the team.
