Job Description
Dear Candidates,
We are hiring for " Business Analyst"
Job Purpose :
To assist the Project Manager in monitoring overall progress of the active projects. Ensure strategic planning of deadlines and qualitative output.
Job Context :Act as liaison between various internal and external groups, to support and translate needs across business units and functions by performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, facilitating solutions, and testing of the developed solutions
Key Result Areas:
Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders and end users.
- Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
- Identify project stakeholders and customer segments to be addressed & their characteristics.
- Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- Identify and establish scope and define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
- Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications and prioritize the requirements.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Assist with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicate these back to the business stakeholders.
- Facilitate peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted and translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team using process flows, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Assist in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements and Perform user acceptance testing post product development.
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Participate in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions that the organization may opt to use and Support in managing competing resources and priorities, monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Drive forward product development, innovation and think outside the box to generate industry advantage for the company, thinking creatively to develop new/improved solution and Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to team members and colleagues.
- Provide support to design team in understanding requirements and employ industry best practices and processes.
- Ensure designs meet requirements and finished designs are accurate and precise and post implementation Track and evaluate feedback
