Roles and Responsibilities:
- To generate quality walk-ins across various projects.
- Improving lead management processes, TATs and device policies for enabling maximum lead conversion
- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the customers
- Manage both inbound & outbound calls
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
- Cross-using leads for various projects
- Updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer history details for seamless management at all times
- Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
- Carrying ownership for every customer query.

Qualification:10+2 and Graduates
Languages: English/Kannada/Hindi
Experience:1-3 years in voice process
Work Location:- Bengaluru/Bangalore
**6 days working ;Saturday & Sunday working mandatory with weekly off either on Monday or Tuesday.
***CTC: upto 4 lacs pa and other company benefits.
