Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for the post of R&D Pharmacist.
Experience:- 3+ Years
Location:- Baddi
Salary:- upto 4.00 LPA
Industry:- Pharma // Cosmetics.
Qualification:- BSc // BPharma // B.Tech
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-
> Drive product development from concept to final launch, including technical and process details.
> Entail developing high quality robust products and processes that are scalable, stable and bioequivalent to the Reference Product.
> Track, analyze, and control costs, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction
> Prepare and present results to internal and external groups
> Manage execution of projects to ensure delivery and readiness for commercialization.
> Participate in managing and directing the research and development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products
> Analyze results and provide recommendations based on findings on formulations
> Respond to Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and actively engaged in investigating and solving production problems & customer complaints
> Mange pilot trials to find the best formulation for new products with recommendation
> Establish and maintain a database of chemicals, samples & trials.
> Overlook the Production Process of the plant.
