Designation: Relationship Manager
Compensation/CTC Package:2.5 L to 6 L CTC per annum + Heavy Incentives based on sales performance
1.Roles & Responsibilities: Relationship Manager
Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.
Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
2. Designation: Agency Manager
Job description for agency channel in life insurance :
Recruiting a team of financial advisors on a commission basis and generate the business.
Monitoring & following the process for driving sales through your advisors.
Doing Performance Review of your Advisors
Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
Criteria Required:
Age Limit 24 to 40 years.
Education Qualification: Graduate Any stream.
Experience of at least 1.5 years of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
Local residents for some time Should have a natural market in that location.
