Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended to and reverted within the TAT.
Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
Ensure business Reporting, MIS on a sales call (LMS), Lead Utilization, and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.

Criteria Required:
Age Limit 24 to 41years.
Education Qualification: Graduate Any stream.
Experience of at least 6 months of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
Local resident for some time Should have natural market in that location.
Android based smart phone.
