Tech Mahindra is hiring for international voice process into Sales and service. Urgent requirement preferably looking for immediate joiner. Candidates from any location can apply as it is Work from home till December.

- Candidates should have minimum1year of international BPO (voice) experience withExcellent communication skills.
- Graduates and Undergraduate with experience both can apply.
- Work from Home till December
- Candidates with customer care/ Sales Background / Upselling Preferred/collections preferable.
- 24*7 Shifts( 2days rotational week offs)
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

- Work location- Hyderabad (Hitech city)

Roles and Responsibilities

*Assist Customers in resolving Billing issues

* Need to provide support and make a sale

* Need to handle inbound calls

*Resolve quires related to customers & clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Minimum 1year international voice experience

*Should have experience into Upselling,Cross-selling,Down Selling & Collections

*Need to handle inbound calls

*Should have Good convincing skills

*RequiredInternational BPO experience
