We are looking for candidates with the following skills::
Job Description-A Relationship Manager, or Client Relationship Manager, is responsible for forming and maintaining connections with business clients to drive sales. Their duties include meeting with clients in-person to discuss new products or services, resolving client issues with their employers products or services to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences.
Responsibilities
Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
Educate and inform clients about the company products, services and special offers.
Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations.
Oversee customer relationship management system.
Minimum qualifications:
Freshers are eligible
Any graduate degree
Salary-
18000/- To 42000/-
