Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• To generate business for LAP and Home Loans products.
• Recruiting DSA/ Channels
• Managing DSA/ channel partners and DST
  Overall branch management and Business Development Conducting regular Product and Knowledge trainings for branch teams.
• In charge of all the activities of the branch end to end.
• Responsible for achieving the Branch Sales Budgets by managing the daily activities
• To handle / coordinate for pre & post disbursement activities

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Qualification : Post Graduate / Graduate with Commerce background oy any other stream
• Experience : Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Should have experience of home loan/ Mortgage loan
• Builder relationship and knowledge of Approved Project process
• Experience of executing local campaigns and marketing activity
• Capability to do direct sourcing
• Ability for collection in case of any of assigned customer going delinquent
• Display strong understanding of customer business
