Roles and Responsibilities

*Assist Customers in resolving Billing issues
* Need to provide support and make a sale
* Need to handle inbound calls
*Resolve quires related to Telecom
Desired Candidate Profile

*Required Minimum 1year international voice experience
*Should have experience into Sales / Upselling,Cross-selling and Down Selling
*Need to handle inbound calls
*Should have Good convincing skills
*Required International BPO experience
*Need Personal laptop with windows 10 and i3 Processor
