POSITION: CAN LINE FILLER OPERATOR CUM SUPERVISOR(candidates from brewery or beverage industry)
REPORTING TO: MANAGER - PRODUCTION & MAINTENANCE
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical/Maintenance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for everything involving packaging, production, and sanitation.
• Safety, quality, production, maintenance, manage any issues involving full interlocking, no wine and screw cap wastage, no glass loss, no quality defects such as low fill, market complaints, leakage, machine downtime.
• Development of team about zero loss at various junctions like depalletizer, filler, tunnel pasteurizer, final packing.
• Troubleshoot any production or machine downtime issues as they arise - Timely cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and tightening.
• Documentation/ Reports related to shifting production.
• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate the manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Expedite repairs to the line, working with maintenance as necessary.
• Profile in CAN filling operation with knowledge of filling and sealing.
