Key Result Areas Designs and develops innovative and engaging learning materials Create and maintain training material while working in close collaboration with client / subject matter experts Design and create templates to facilitate rapid development of training materials Manage schedules to ensure timely completion of all deliverables Use variant learning tools such as e-Learning, Coaching, Group & individual Coaching, interactive sessions, book reads, etc. to create sustainable learning for participants through out of classroom activities
Activities Assess the needs of clients to understand learning needs and interact with clears to suggest compelling solutions Customize existing content to meet client context and develop content as required to meet client requirements Builds and manage multiple project plan, including design and execution (to engage project teams and key stakeholders) Create learning kits in line with program requirements Standardize existing content into learner kit, Facilitator kit and administrative checklists Work with technical buyers in client organizations to meet their expectations Conduct pilot programs and trainer boot camps for seamless engagement delivery.
Requirements:
Understanding of ADDIE, Kirk Patrick Model, Blooms Taxonomy and similar concepts for instructional Design Industry recognized certifications in instructional design and content programs Prior experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred Ability to multi-task and working under pressure is a must
