Job Responsibilities:
Need to have exposure on presales.
solutions platforms and products completely ground up and/or by leveraging ompany product frameworks or IP. Company builds platforms that address needs in areas like content authoring, content management and delivery (LMS), mobile solutions, adaptive learning solutions - Machine Learning, content and learning analytics based on educational data.
Collaborate and work closely with customers technology and product teams to create platforms that address core business needs, offer the best total cost of ownership, scale well with the customers emerging business needs. Work with and mentor development teams in implementing the proposed architecture. Perform architecture and code reviews with a keen focus on delivering very high quality standards.
Keep track of various developments in the technology space in the areas of client side technologies, cloud, databases, big-data, machine learning. Track and implement standards in the area of architecture, accessibility and education standards.
Other duties as assigned or apparent.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

Experience working with latest software technologies (.Net core 3.1+, MVC/WCF/Web API, cloud hosted (AWS) , mobile ready software products (Angular/React.js Bootstrap, Redis,In-memory Databases), RDBMS (MS SQL/Oracle/Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Dynamodb/MongoDB etc)
1. Experience in AWS cloud.
2. Experience working with GIT/TFS, CI/CD setups, Application Monitoring, Logging and Analysis tools
3. Experience working with Service Oriented Architecture
4. Experience working in an Agile-SCRUM environment using tools like Jira or equivalent
5. Experience working with international customers (US and UK preferable)
6. Experience in customer interaction and ability to present solutions and consult clients on technology solutions.
7. Experience with effort estimations, creating architectural, documents/diagrams/presentations.
8. Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of employees ranging from entry level to senior leadership.
9. Proven strong relationship-building and communication skills with team members and business users. Ability to coach and mentor internal teams and customers.
10. Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and problem solving skills.
11. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
12. Demonstrated ability to use discretion, makes sound decisions, and maintains confidentiality.
13. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and with minimal supervision.
14. Willingness and ability to travel domestic and occasional international across US and Europe.
15. Experience working with teams located across geographies and time zones. LearningMate has offices in India and USA and global customers. Coordination with the teams primarily in US will sometimes require early morning or late evening calls/meetings.
