Ticketing Executive for Flights - USA @ Rrai Flight

Job Description

*To issue flight tickets, Re-issuance, Partial Re issuance, Void, Ticket Re validation, cancel , refunds, Partial Refund, Voidance/Exchanges/Manual fare building/PNR Splitting in Amadeus/ Galileo /Sabre
*Working on Multiple Queues, Queue Placing, Queue Monitoring
*Ticket Error Finding and fixing the issue/Helpdesk Supporting Team work
*PNR History Reading
*Knowledge of exchange policy & cancellation policy if customer wants to change or cancel the reservation etc.
*To provide the alternate option if ticket is non changeable and non refundable one or ticket has no remaining value available to change it.
*To interact with vendors like Airline, Hotel and car rental companies to modify the booking and ask for the authorisation if they can waive the change fee or cancellation fee.
*To perform follow-ups as needed and assigned the case to self within the time frame promised to customer.
*Must have experience in International ticketing and domestic ticketing.
